SAPRE AND SONS, GOREGAON WEST.

“When in Rome, do as the Romans do!! And when in Maharashtra, eat what the Maharashtrians eat!” leave from your house with this motto whenever you are stepping out to have a good meal and you will never be wrong in ordering the food. And the best part is, these dishes will never tire you no matter where you eat them. Sapre in goregaon west is one such place where eating is a delightful experience.

Wandering in search of food one evening, we ended up coming across this place and had a blast trying out their dishes. We placed quite an elaborate order starting with Cutlet which was one of the best cutlets I ever had. It’s hard to come across this variety of cutlet these days (scroll down for the photo to know what I am talking about). The next on the menu was Batata Vada which was as authentic as it could ever get. And then the patent – Misal Pav which was excellent! This was a proper maharashtrian tasting misal wherein you could taste the masala instead of just spicy chillies. And we finally ended the food journey with Kothimbir Vadi which again was awesome beyond explanation. And like always we had Kokam Sherbet and Piyush to gulp down the food with.

So all in all we had an amazing experience with all that we ate and scroll down for the pictures for more. Happy eating! See you next week.
